Cancellation conditions
/ Withdrawal The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such cancellation, the Owner will claim compensation as follows: If the guest cancels the reservation, the following fees will apply: If the guest cancels less than 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be used as an administration and processing fee retained. 90-63 days before the booking date, 50% of the booking price will be retained as cancellation costs. 62-35 days before the booking date, 70% of the booking price will be retained as cancellation costs. From 34 days before arrival, 80% of the booking price will be retained as cancellation fees.
